Personalized Insurance Accounting System
"Personalized Insurance Accounting System" has been developed by SINAM and imple¬mented in Azerbaijan State Social Protection Fund (SSPF). It is an integrated solution for the government on managing of the social security accounts of the country citizens and foreigners. This system multi-level state social protection organization scheme, but can also be deployed for private social security funds. It includes OLAP sub¬system which is an automated tool for forming state social protection policy. This system is implemented at the State Social Protection Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Human Resource Management System
System was developed for the human resource registration on the level of organizations and enterprises, creation of unified database of human resources, creation of capabilities for carrying out the procedure of monitoring of personnel potential in centralize direction and thus, for the planning of personnel policy and increasing of efficiency of the process of personnel management. The System was developed in the client - server architecture with taking into account the capabilities of work with Azeri fonts UNICODE, the system interface intended for the users made in Azeri and easy to operate. This system is implemented in the Executive Office of the President and 12 ministries as well as at the "IQLIM" factory and SINAM Company.
VPN-BILL solution
SINAM intends the solution for data network operators, which provides VPN services. This system is capable to perform authentication and accounting operations. It also includes advanced search and report system. This system is implemented in the SINAM Company and ExtraNet provider.
Secure and Reliable Message Delivery System based on PKI (SMESSAGE)
SMESSAGE is a system, which is designed by SI NAM for safe transfer of confidential information through the Internet. "Safe transfer" is meant that nobody except from the parties can access the transmitted information. This restriction of access is reached by the use of enciphering algorithms and through the creation of digital signature. This system is based on a client -server tech¬nology. This system is implemented at the State Social Protection Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Logistics Management System (LMS)
SINAM developed LMS for automation of the process of freight flow control, keeping the account of products, clients, suppliers and includes accounting modules as well. It is ideal solution for logistic companies all over the world. This system is implemented in the Hungarian company CILBUD.
The Computerized Customs Registration and Control System (CCRCS)
CCRCS developed by SINAM is a com¬puterized Customs Management System covering most of the foreign trade procedures. It includes a set of software modules, and allows automated filling in, registration and control of cargo customs declarations. The system is intended for ensuring transparent declaration processes at all levels, and for simplifying cargo registration through increased control and efficiency based on sophisticated risk management system. The system was developed for the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and is being successfully implemented since 1999.
The Computerized Registration and Accounting System for State Social Protection Fund
The Computerized Registration and Accounting System for State Social Protection Fund is a turn key system developed by SINAM which intended for the implementation of new social protection policy of the Azerbaijan government after declaration of sovereignty. This system covers most of the registration and accounting procedures for the state social protection fund including networking, security, database management issues. The system ensures transparency at all levels and simplifies registration of insurers and insurants, control of insurer payments and insurance coverage.
Legal Entities Registry (LER)
LER was originally designed by SINAM for the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic. It is intended for keeping records of all the legally registered entities in the country. The database is designed both to store current information and to keep track of historical data and changes. Data stored include name, registration number, type of entity, areas of operations, founders information, repre¬sentatives, directors, local branches, etc. Syste m includes sophisticated search and report modules. This system is implemented in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Electronic Archives Global Engine (EAGLE)
SINAM's EAGLE system has been developed as a complex solution for the automation of archives-keeping, on the basis of relational DBMS. The system has been realized in client - server architecture. EAGLE is intended for electronic cataloguing of archives and digital documents. The system is generally installed in LANs of archives. It can work as an autonomous archive of electronic documents and as a hybrid variant when paper documents are taken in account as well. This system is implemented at the National bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
SINAM's Enterprise Resource Planning System (SERP)
SINAM developed and implemented a powerful turnkey SERP solution for medium and large enterprises. ERP software includes Warehouse Management, Financial Management and Accountant, Suppliers and Customers Management, Human Resources, Salary, and Excellent Product Lifecycle modules. System includes Statistical and Analytical Report Modules. This system is implemented at the "Aqua Vita" factory (food industry) as well as at pharmaceutical companies, SINAM Company and is being introduced at the General Motors Per¬formance Center (service center).
